Owners and landlords of residential buildings with three or more units must post the "ҹȤ´«Ã½ Information Guide Notice" to inform tenants that a housing information guide called "ABCs of ҹȤ´«Ã½" is available.

This Notice must be posted and be visible from the area where mail is delivered.

Report a building owner for not posting a ҹȤ´«Ã½ Information Guide Notice.

What Happens Next

Owners and landlords who fail to post the notice will receive a class A violation and may have to pay a civil penalty of $250. During inspections, inspectors will check that the Notice is properly posted.
