Property owners of residential buildings with three or more units must post the "ҹȤ´«Ã½ Information Guide Notice" (Notice) to inform tenants that a housing information guide called "ABCs of ҹȤ´«Ã½" is available.

This Notice must be posted and be visible from the area where mail is delivered. Property owners who fail to post the notice will receive a class A violation and may have to pay a civil penalty of $250. During inspections, inspectors will check that the Notice is properly posted.
